Rosemary oil

Rosemary oil refers to an essential oil derived from the Rosemarinus officinalis. It produces a refreshing, strong and clear scent. It is good for circulatory, nervous and muscular systems. It is very popular in hair and skin care. You can spread the aroma of rosemary oil by diffusing it into the air or diluting and applying it directly to the skin. But this oil is not good for those with high blood pressure or epilepsy.

Rosemary belongs to the mint family. The rosemary flowers contain large amounts of essential oil. Rosemary oil is also used in cooking. Rosemary is also good for combating nervous exhaustion and fatigue.

It is also an astringent and so it can be used to control the oil secretion of hair follicles. So it is increasingly used by people with greasy hair and dandruff. Its therapeutic properties include Analgesic, Antidepressant, Antirheumatic, Antiseptic, Antispasmodic, Decongestant, Diuretic, and Stimulant.
