Aromatherapy oxygen bar

An aromatherapy oxygen bar refers to a place where aromatic oxygen can be inhaled through a plastic hose in their nose. It is usually inhaled from five minutes to fifteen minutes. One can choose to sniff the plain oxygen or oxygen scented with aromatic solution. Usually a concentrator is used to collect and distribute the oxygen.

The oxygen is said to be 95 % pure. It is said that the oxygen bar is also functional in curing cancer and arthritis. But there is no strong research back up for these assertions. But it is sure to reduce stress, increase energy levels, relieve headaches and sinus problems. But people with medical complications should have their oxygen administered by their doctors.

But if the oxygen bar equipment is not cleaned properly, there are chances of harmful bacteria being harbored in it. People those who inhale it may get allergy or asthma. Similarly aromatic oils used in the oxygen bar may cause inflammation of the lungs.
